Price list
Villa Tevere is available for exclusive rental so that guests have all of the facilities to themselves.
The rental period is per week running from Saturday to Saturday and seasons are defined as off-peak, summer and high summer.
Details and rates are as follows:
| Off-peak season (October to April inclusive) |
- Whilst Villa Tevere’s pool will be closed and covered throughout this period,
the property still enjoys the southern Italian climate. Being high on the hillside,
Villa Tevere is not prone to the fog known to accumulate in the bottom of Umbria valleys in the winter.
Diamond clear sunny days and crisp cold nights can be expected in the period November to March.
The open fire place inside the house and in the barbecue area offer fabulous focal points for relaxation.
- The house and guest house also have gas fired heating in all rooms.
For Christmas, an environmentally friendly artificial tree and decorations can be provided.

| Summer (May, June and September) |
- The pool will be open and the fruits from the orchard are available to guests as the seasons dictate.
Rates (inclusive of cleaning, gardener, maintenance, electricity):
3,000 Euros per week |
| High summer (July/August) |
- All amenities available with all the attractions of the peak of the Italian holiday period.
Rates (inclusive of cleaning, gardener, maintenance, electricity):
3 ,500 Euros per week |
A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking with the full balance payable 2 months before arrival.
A refundable deposit of 500 Euros (via cheque or cash) is required on arrival from which telephone charges and any damages will be deducted.
